Tattoo
Artists from all over the world. |

Here
you'll find links to body art directories that may help
you find a studio nearby. You'll also find forums and
communities of likeminded people with a love for body
art. Of course you'll also find mounds of information
that may help you in your quest for knowledge on getting
a clean, quality tattoo and what to look for in a reputable
artist. |

Where
do tattoo studios get the flash that hangs on the wall?
From flash artists of course. :) These are some of the
best (in my opinion) flash companies I've found online.
Since most flash sets are sold around the world, sometimes
it's best to use the designs for inspiration to make
up your own design rather than getting it exactly as
is. Otherwise you may wind up with the same design as
a thousand other people. |

Take
care of your new tattoo! In this section you'll find
many different aftercare products.
The best products are free of alcohol, dyes and perfume. |
When
it comes to ointments and lotions on a fresh tattoo,
more is never better... a litlle goes a long way. Too
much ointment or lotion can prevent the tattoo from
breathing and can cause the ink to weep from your new
tattoo resulting in fading or blotchiness. |
Be
sure to follow your tattoo artist's aftercare. Deviating
from their specific aftercare may forfeit your artists
personal guarantee if the work heals badly. |
If
you begin having problems, consult your artist, surely
they can recommend and alternate form of aftercare.
They know how their work heals. They do this for a living.
You trusted them with your ink... now trust them to
help you heal it. |
Over
time you may develop a system that works for you. It's
a matter of knowing your body.
There is no one right way to care for a tattoo. Everyone
heals differently. |

This
page is still small, but will soon be filled with the
most reputable piercers I can find... |

Okay,
this page is extremely small. :/
But I'm going on a quest to find some of the best...
so watch this space.

This
is where I get really picky about jewelry...
because I like healthy piercings just as much as I love
tattoos. :) |
There
are places that would rather make money than sell quality
jewlery.
I've seen places like the mall, clothing stores, music
stores (of all places), Claire's, Afterthoughts, the
Piercing Pagoda and a million other stores jump on the
body piercing/body jewelry bandwagon to make easy money.
They don't care what they sell or who they sell it to.
They just want to make a buck. |
Don't
be fooled. There is a difference. |
High quality
body jewelry will come in every size imaginable and
is safe for healing and healed piercings alike. Here
I will feature the best jewelry manufacturers I can
find. You will not find bubblegum garbage jewelry
in any of these links. You'll only find the best jewerly
available for you and your hole and some of the companies
will even make completely custom jewelry!
|
It
may not be the cheapest, but then again, you won't find
the best jewelry in the bargain bin. ;) |
